- Where is the club located? Infinity Bar and Lounge Punta Cana is located at: Av. España, Punta Cana 23000, Dominican Republic or you can google “INFINITY BAR AND LOUNGE PUNTA CANA” google maps will lead you right to us.
- Is there a bar available? Yes, there is a bar located outside. With paid entry you will have access to the bar and to the club. If you would like bottle service a section is required.
- Do I have to make a reservation? Since we do sell out fast, an advance reservation is encouraged.
- Can I show up at any time throughout the night for my reservation? We want to make sure each guest enjoys the full experience Infinity Bar and Lounge has to offer. For this reason we ask that each guest arrives to check into their section by 11:00 PM Sunday – Thursday and 11:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. After the allotted time, if the section is requested it will be given away and the reservation will be canceled. The deposit will not be refunded and you will not be able to reschedule with the same deposit payment.
- What is a “bottle only minimum”? The bottle only minimum is what you will be required to spend on bottles only.
- Will the deposit payment go towards the bottle only minimum? No, the deposit payment will not be applied towards the bottle only minimum. You will be required to spend The full bottle only minimum amount on bottles only. upon arrival. For example: You make a reservation for 4 for a floor section on a Friday. You will be sent a link for the $100 deposit. Once that is paid you will be required to spend $200 or more on bottles only.
- Are bottles included? No, instead of including bottles we require guests to purchase a certain amount (bottle only minimum) of bottles depending on the selection of the section.
- Do I have to purchase a section? No, entry only is available. Keep in mind we are bottle service only so sections are priority service over entry only.
- How much is entry without a section? Entry only cannot be purchased in advance or online. Entry is purchased at the door the night that you are visiting. We accept cash and cards only for entry, no Apple Pay or any other digital forms of payment. Monday-Thursday: FREE ENTRY ; Friday-Sunday: $20 USD. Entry price is subjected to change based on availability or special events.
- Does the club have food service available? Yes.
- What payment options are available at the club? Cash (USD and Dominican Pesos), credit, and debit. We do not accept Apple Pay or any other digital forms of payment. When using a credit card please be aware that there is an 18% charge added to all transactions by the merchant.
- Is there a dress code? We DO NOT have a dress code in our club. Just come looking your best, and be sure to tag us in your photos and videos!
- Is transportation available? Yes, transportation details can be found on the transportation page.
- If I book a reservation does that include club entry? Yes. Your reservation deposit includes entry and table fees.
- What is the cancellation policy? In the event you cancel your deposit will not be refunded unless you cancel within 24 hours of paying the deposit. - What is the age limit? Everyone in your party must be 18 and up.
